TRACER at Moonlight Gala 2026

During the Moonlight Benefit Gala at the Nieuwe Luxor Theater in Rotterdam, Het Sikkelcelfonds brought attention to the debilitating sickle cell disease, which remains little-known and severely underfunded. Sanquin, Erasmus MC and multiple researchers within TRACER were all present to support the goal of raising both awareness and money for research.

At the end of the Moonlight Benefit Gala, the remarkable amount of €335.500 had been raised for research into safer treatment options for children with sickle cell disease, something very close to our hearts. We are very excited to have been invited to this special evening.
